About Us
We're excited to launch The Baseline Company as an outgrowth of our years of success serving clients like Disney, Caterpillar, Cargill, Toyota, Sony and thousands of SMB, Churches, Ministries, Non-Profit Organizations, K-12 and Higher Education and Government entities throughout the globe.
In our years of consulting with sales, business and non-profit executives, we consistently found a gap where people didn't have the insights they needed to develop employees and build successful, scalable organizations. We created The Baseline Company after many long and painful years of filling this gap using a manual process (and some help from Excel). Our Baseline products identify critical areas that must be in place to create long-term successful organizations.
While our consulting firm provides great results, the time, effort and investment is a real obstacle to helping many firms solve problems and grow successfully. We wanted an alternate process that provides meaningful and valuable results -- with less effort on clients' and our parts – for the fraction of the price of hiring consultants (including us!). We believe we've succeeded with our various Baseline applications and invite you to be the judge!
Our applications are designed to provide a more objective method for you to self-assess and get USEFUL results - FAST. Of course, some of you will be too easy on yourselves while others too hard. However, the depth of the questions will provide you with a more insightful analysis of your organization than you would otherwise be able to do on your own.
We do recommend using a Certified Baseline Advisor who has training and experience in administering the participant’s user experience to be one of simplicity and ease. Certified Advisors have been trained to properly communicate the big picture as well as understanding the intricacies of our cross organizational comparisons, and mining the data for critical data points. A Certified Advisor brings home the full value of your specific Baseline and may also assist in creating Performance Action Plans and can assist in follow-up in seeing objectives are achieved. We encourage people to "start where you stand, but know clearly where you stand,". Utilizing our Baseline applications, executives will know objectively where their organization stands. And just as important, for all who participate, it will create a positive atmosphere for the direction you're heading.
